  2. Looks awesome! Salsa is a must in this house. My husband is excited because our tomatoes are looking pretty good this year, which means homemade salsa. I love salsa, but near as much as he does.

      1. We do fresh. The last fresh we did measured out to a little under 7 gallons. We saved a bunch for that fresh taste, but I ended up canning the rest. I had never made fresh salsa THEN canned before; normally I have a set recipe for the canning. We’ll see how it turned out as we haven’t cracked a jar open yet.
