  1. You showed true grit on the homestead and you should be proud of that. Hogs can get very scary when they are 300 lbs and running after you. That’s not an easy task. I love that the ppl passing by didn’t think it strange to have your hogs running around. Ha! Great job!

  2. Good for you, girl! I’ve learned that if pigs CAN get out, they will. So I’ve taught them to come to the food by calling them in a certain way every time I feed them in their pen. It’s brought them back inside the pen more times than I care to count. Food wins every time. Thank you for sharing this fun story at the Simple Homestead blog hop.
